SALES COORDINATOR - EUROPEAN MNC
- 3,400 to $3,800 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

- Monday to Friday, office hours
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to administer enquiry, quotation, order enter to invoicing and purchase order
- Liaise with purchasing, logistics & warehouse to make shipping arrangement for clients & vendors
- Monitoring orders & communicate order status to clients
- Ensure on time delivery & provide full set of required docs to clients
- Ensure proper documentation & order management processes are in accordance with company guidelines and policies
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
