SALES COORDINATOR - MANUFACTURING (WOODLANDS)
- $3,000 to $3,700 Basic + Phone Allowance + Variable Bonuses

- Monday to Friday
- Working location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Quotation for spare parts
- Process customer purchase orders & preparation of shipping documents
- Obtaining COO from government agencies
- Point of contact with customers to provide update on their orders, delivery issue etc
- Preparation of regular sales report for management and summarizing KPI & trends
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Customer Service
- Experience with manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts & clients
