Sales Development Centre Manager (Insurance)

A Leading foreign-based insurance company is looking for a high-calibre Manager to drive Sales & Marketing Development initiatives & strategies in Product Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

• Roll out sales development initiatives and underlying strategies from concept to execution including to market research, market development, market positioning, sales management and distribution channels communications

• Analyze key competitor's product and campaign promotion activities to support new business development and business planning.

• Design scripts/ sales pitch for distributor communication by applying marketing analysis to highlight company's strength

• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to drive product, marketing campaigns and business planning

• Manage the progress of deliverables of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirement

• Act as one of centre of excellence to support different distribution channel marketing and business development

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years or above of relevant experience

• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese

• Ability to work independently on assigned projects

• Ability to adapt to change and work in a changing environment

• Insurance Sales / Training experience will be highly preferred

• Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and good knowledge of life insurance products

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
