Sales Director - Enterprise Sales
Location: Germany | Remote.
Travel: Regular client and business travel in Germany, EMEA where required.
Languages: Business-fluent German and very good English required.
Conduent is expanding its business in Germany and is looking for an experienced Sales Director (m/f/d) for Enterprise Sales, CX & BPO who actively identifies, develops and closes new business opportunities. In this strategically important role, you will win new enterprise clients and drive profitable growth across Customer Experience, Contact Center, BPO, digital business processes and related services.
You will open doors at C-level, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and lead complex enterprise sales processes, from prospecting and qualification through RFPs and business cases to negotiation and contract close.
Your responsibility
Developing a focused new-business strategy for Germany, identifying and winning strategic enterprise clients, building a high-quality pipeline, developing tailored customer solutions with internal experts and using market and competitor insights for targeted business development.
What you bring
Several years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales with proven new-business success, ideally in BPO, Customer Experience, Contact Center, technology, digital services or consulting. You are convincing at C-level, manage complex sales cycles confidently and bring a hunter mindset, initiative and closing orientation.
Business-fluent German and very good English are required: you will work in an international environment, communicate regularly with EMEA teams, present progress and align on clients, pipeline and solutions in English.
