Job Description

• Channel Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
  • Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand market reach.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Sales Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and campaigns.

  Logistics and Inventory Control:

• • Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • Supervise and train the sales and distribution team to achieve targets.
  • Provide regular performance updates and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align strategies and goals.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to assess distribution effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales and distribution activities.
  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.

  Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of distribution logistics and inventory management.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software. 
• Ability to address challenges in logistics and sales processes effectively.
• Strategic thinking to optimize distribution channels and maximize revenue. 
• Willingness to travel to oversee distribution networks and meet clients.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
