Sales Engineer, Commercial Mid-Market
You'll act as a trusted technical advisor to data teams, guiding them through Hex evaluations and helping them get the most value out of the platform. You'll own the technical sales cycle end to end, working directly with end users from discovery and demos through trials and proofs of concept. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to build opportunity-level strategy and execute evaluations, while sharing feedback to strengthen that partnership. You'll synthesize what you hear from prospects and relay it to Engineering and Product to help shape the roadmap. You'll project manage architecture, security, and technical reviews that prospects require, and you'll build content like demo projects, documentation, and videos to support evaluations. From time to time, you'll travel to customer sites and marketing events to deliver demos and build relationships in person.
