Sales Engineer
Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers by guiding product evaluations and technical reviews, delivering customized demos, completing RFPs, producing solution designs, responding to security reviews, and communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in identifying prospects' fraud and compliance needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized demos showcasing product impact.
- Interface with Security teams to articulate security posture and complete security reviews.
- Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities.
- Create comprehensive solution designs addressing prospect needs.
- Collaborate with peers to improve Sales Engineering processes.
- Work with product and engineering to identify product improvements and prioritize solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar.
- Prior experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domains.
- Experience with APIs and strong understanding of JSON.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical details into solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment with global clients.
