Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities by managing customer relationships, executing trading strategies, and supporting sales contract processes in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Develop and implement trading ideas to improve product offerings and increase sales performance
- Communicate proactively with customers to address demands and resolve enquiries promptly
- Provide accurate price quotations, negotiate trade terms, and finalize trade contracts to secure sales deals
- Manage sales contract execution and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely revenue realization
- Collaborate independently and within teams to achieve business objectives with a proactive approach
Requirements
- Diploma or ITE certification in business, marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support sales and communication tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and persevering attitude with a positive working mindset
