Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, prospecting, and outdoor sales visits
- Acquire new customers and promote international air and ocean freight services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales and profit targets while growing the customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly sales reports
