Duties

• Serve walk-in customers and closing of sales
• Handling simple administrative works (Arranging Delivery, end of day settlement)
• Handle phone and online queries
• Attend to customer orders and enquiries including after-sales service (handling complains)
• Perform simple housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s image
