Sales Executive

Descriptions:

• Responsible for products sales, sales activities, negotiation and closing
• Handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints, customer fronting
• Work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters
• Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc
• Liaise with stakeholders for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/spec/ price issue etc
• Responsible for labor order and process
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update/planning

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Team player with good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
