sales interior designer

We're a renovation contractor with HDB license, set up in Y2010.

How it works

• Basic salary plus commission.
• You own your projects end to end — meeting client, work out quotation and delivery.
• We provide support behind your sales and design works

What you'll do

• Take leads through consultation and referrals, proposal, and close
• Develop designs from concept through detail design and construction drawings
• Produce mood boards, perspectives, and renderings
• Coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and run your own project meetings
• See projects through construction — schedule, sequencing, and site quality
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical coordination issues

What you bring

• ITE, Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field experiences
• Prior ID experience preferred — you should be comfortable in front of a client
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Enscape or SketchUp Layout a plus
• Self-driven, organised, and able to carry a project without being chased
• Full-time commitment
