Our client is a leading provider of design, supply, installation, and service solutions for high-rise complex buildings, hotels, and industrial sectors. Specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Systems, and Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive their business growth in Cambodia.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (high-rise, hotels, industrial).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify new opportunities and provide feedback to enhance offerings.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.

Main requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, Electrical, BMS, or Firefighting systems.
• Strong technical understanding of relevant systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Good in English language (additional languages are a plus).
