Sales Manager
Support regional business development and client relationships for mining equipment and operations. Contribute to sales strategies and targets, assist with negotiations and deal closing, research power resources and market trends, prepare reports, and coordinate with product, operations, customer support, finance, and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Support identification and prospecting of regional clients, including miners, mining farms, and crypto-related businesses.
- Build and maintain client relationships and help provide tailored mining equipment and operations solutions.
- Execute regional sales strategies and contribute to mining-rig sales targets.
- Learn to negotiate sales terms and assist with closing deals.
- Research global power resources, availability, costs, and regulations in key mining regions.
- Track crypto-mining market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with product, operations, customer support, finance, and other departments on fulfillment, billing, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Bitcoin mining, blockchain technology, and energy markets.
- Strong willingness to learn sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Openness to approximately 20–30% domestic and international travel.
