Sales Manager (Channel / Distributor / Key Account)

Job Description:

• To build up the key account market segment; Distributor channel, dealer, partner etc.
• To ensure that overall sales target and gross profit are in-line with goals, policies and plan
• Work closely with Sale team sales related budgeting, planning and demand forecasting activities
• Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market and taking the necessary corrective actions to ensure is placed in a competitive situation
• Co-ordinate with the marketing department to introduce new products to customers
• Work with customers to launch sales promotion on products

Requirements :

• Bachelors or masters degree of business administration or related field
• 3 -5 years of sales Manager in electronic distributor or related business
• Fair English communication, Chinese speaking will be considered
• Basic computer in MS Office
• Team manages people able to communicate fluently both faces to face
• Can working under pressure and weekend working
