Requirements
- Higher education
- Chinese fluently (HSK 5 )
- Good command in English (B2)
- Working experience in real estate for 1-2 years
- Able to move to Phuket
- Experience in Phuket real estate market is an advantage

- Processing incoming requests for the purchase of real estate in the Zoho CRM system;VILLACARTE GROUP – a group of companies founded 12 years ago. Responsibilities
- Outgoing calls (using a script) to clients to clarify their needs;
- Working with agents - inquiries, client registration, scheduling appointments, concluding agency agreements;
- Conducting negotiations with clients in the project showroom;
- Registration of transactions in the CRM system, contracts and invoices for payment;
