Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and grow accounts, including restaurants, hotels, retailers and other business clients.
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations and tastings.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and ensure good customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Work closely with the operations and management team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, wine, beverage, hospitality or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive, responsible and target-driven attitude.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore F&B market will be an advantage.
- Wine knowledge or WSET qualification is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
