Sales Manager

A strong background in electronic device sales and leasing services is sought for the role of Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead a sales team, develop effective strategies to increase sales volume, and ensure sustainable growth while managing relationships with financing partners.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales plans, analyzing the market and competitors, identifying new opportunities, overseeing the performance of the sales team, and monitoring monthly and annual performance metrics, in addition to building strong relationships with clients and financing companies, while working to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates.

Additionally, the role will involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports for management, and evaluating appropriate solutions to address any performance declines, as well as implementing training programs to develop the skills of the sales team and improve productivity, while ensuring adherence to company policies and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

The candidate must have the ability to make decisions, manage the team effectively, handle work pressure, and work proactively to achieve company goals and increase market share.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven experience in leasing and consumer finance sales.
• Strong knowledge of financing companies and relevant compliance regulations.
• Experience in selling electronic devices and smartphones.
• Ability to prepare and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Leadership and management skills to motivate sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Data analysis skills and ability to prepare reports and performance metrics.
• Ability to attract clients and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to achieve and increase sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
