Sales Manager(Semiconductor / Cleanroom Utility)
Responsibilities
- Review Utility Data Sheets (UDS) and Hookup Matrices.
- Conduct site walkdowns and recommend appropriate material specifications and routing.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Develop business opportunities within the semiconductor, OSAT, and biotech industries.
- Manage relationships with fab facilities and global OEMs.
- Coordinate project handovers with BIM/CAD teams.
- Negotiate scope variations and monitor new fab expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and EHS requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, UHP piping, or cleanroom utility projects.
- Knowledge of UHP gas systems, P&IDs, SEMI standards, and ISO cleanroom requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Viewer, and Microsoft Excel.
