Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, including new and pre-owned vehicle departments
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals
- Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and customer follow-ups
- Create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
- Analyze market trends and inventory to maintain a competitive edge
- Partner with Finance, Service, and BDC to create a seamless customer experience
- Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent
- Other duties as assigned by management
