Own the complete sales process across the Western Region as an individual contributor, converting projects and specifications into orders while driving distributors and specifiers who don't report to you.
Your Tasks:
Own and deliver the annual sales revenue, margin and growth targets
Personally identify and convert projects, customers and opportunities
Manage the full opportunity and pipeline lifecycle in Salesforce
Position Armacell solutions with project owners, consultants and specifiers
Drive distributor sales and technical teams to convert opportunities
Prioritise opportunities by value, probability and timing
Lead commercial negotiations, protecting pricing and margin
Coordinate with Specification, Engineering, Customer Service and Finance
Your Profile:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
5-7 years of hands-on B2B technical sales experience within construction, HVAC, insulation, or related industries
Proven experience managing distributors or channel partners without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to generate and close sales independently
Experience using Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM for pipeline and forecast management
Experience in specification-driven selling with EPC contractors is an advantage
Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken
