Sales Manager x 5 Headcount

Position: Sale Manager (Bangkok / Laem Chabang)
Salary: THB 40,000 70,000 per month (+ Allowance THB 12,000)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, road).
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Create quotations and cost calculations in cooperation with the operations team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and pricing departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  
  

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
2. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and global logistics.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
