Position: Sales & Marketing Associate
Location: Tampines
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products and services.
Research target audiences, create marketing content, manage social media channels and analyse campaign performance to support business growth and customer acquisition.
Generate leads for the company’s products and services and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers.
Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
Create basic marketing materials, visuals and short-form videos.
Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversion metrics.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Work with internal teams to support promotions, product launches and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.
One to three years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or a related role.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, websites and content marketing.
Able to create or coordinate basic digital content including social posts, visuals and short-form videos.
Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation tools and email-marketing platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable supporting lead generation and sales presentations.
