Job Responsibility
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various prospecting and outreach methods
- Engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored lighting solutions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate and close sales deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry and design trends
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in retail, interior design, or lifestyle products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with basic data tracking
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
