Tradeshow Sales & Marketing Representative (Temporary)

Working Hours: Full-day during exhibition hours
Salary: S$18–22 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role
Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd is looking for a confident, energetic and professional Tradeshow Sales & Marketing Representative to represent the company at MRO Asia-Pacific 2026.
You will be part of our exhibition team, engaging with aviation, aerospace, engineering and industrial professionals. Your role is to introduce Allinton’s capabilities, engage potential customers, identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Representation
Represent Allinton professionally throughout the 3-day exhibition.
Act as a brand ambassador and create a positive first impression with visitors.
Communicate Allinton’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
2. Customer Engagement
Proactively approach and engage visitors at the booth.
Understand visitors’ business needs and areas of interest.
Introduce relevant Allinton products, services and solutions based on their requirements.
3. Product & Solution Knowledge
Familiarise yourself with Allinton’s key product offerings and solutions before the event.
Understand the basics of our industrial supply, engineering solutions, system integration, AI and digital automation offerings.
Accurately communicate key product and company information to visitors.
4. Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential business leads.
Collect accurate contact and company information from prospective customers.
Understand the visitor’s requirements, potential project and business needs.
Handover qualified leads and relevant information to the Allinton sales team for follow-up.
5. Booth Support
Distribute brochures, marketing materials and promotional items.
Support the marketing and sales team with booth activities.
Maintain a professional and organised booth environment throughout the exhibition.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching new people.
Strong sales and customer engagement skills.
Able to understand and communicate technical or business information quickly.
Proactive, energetic and results-oriented.
Professional appearance and able to represent a corporate brand confidently.
Prior experience in B2B sales, trade shows, exhibitions, technology, engineering or industrial products is preferred.
Students or individuals with relevant sales, marketing, engineering or business experience are welcome to apply.
Must be fully available for all 3 days, 22–24 September 2026.

Compensation & Incentive
