Job Overview

We are expanding our dynamic sales team and urgently looking for 5 driven, well-groomed, and market-savvy Sales Officers. If you have a strong background in visa processing, client handling, tourism packages, and company formation/corporate consultancy, we want you on our team!

As a Sales Officer, you will act as the face of our company, driving business growth, managing client accounts, and converting leads into long-term corporate and retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Handling & Consultation: Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, providing expert guidance on visa processing, tourist packages, and company formation.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Proactively source new clients, pitch corporate document clearing and business setup services, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Market Networking: Utilize your strong market grip and existing network to build relationships with corporate entities, partners, and individual clients.
• Documentation & Coordination: Guide clients through end-to-end documentation requirements for visas and business setup, coordinating seamlessly with the back-office processing team.
• Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client pipelines and ensure exceptional after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills

Requirements & Candidate Profile

• Nationality: Open to Filipino and Indian nationals with a strong, confident professional presence.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within Document Clearing, Travel & Tourism, Business Setup/Company Formation, or Immigration/Visa Services.
• Appearance & Communication: Exceptionally well-groomed with stellar command over English (additional language skills are a plus). Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of visa regulations, documentation workflows, and local business setup procedures.
• Visa Status: Preference given to candidates who are dynamic, target-driven, and ready to join immediately.
