🏠 Weekend / PH: Occasional work-from-home support when required

This position is CCP-supportable under the CCP for SME Professionals, subject to the programme eligibility requirements and assessment of the selected candidate.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage a group of outsourced teachers
• Plan and coordinate daily staff scheduling and deployment
• Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities
• Manage client relationships and handle feedback and service matters professionally
• Support business development activities and work towards assigned sales targets
• Monitor operational fulfilment and follow up on staffing requirements
• Prepare monthly reports and operational updates for management
• Support process improvement and other operational initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification
• Candidates with experience in sales, operations, recruitment, customer service or business development are welcome
• Candidates looking to make a career transition into Sales Operations are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate and a fast learner
• Responsible, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SME environment
• Able to stand by 24/7, including weekends or public holidays (WFH when needed)
• Able to start work on short notice
