Job duties and tasks include:
- Building relationships with consignors and curating fresh finds through fun, collaborative consignment interactions
- Turning questions into connections with friendly, feel-good customer service through phone calls or in-person customers
- Keeping the conversation flowing with daily email check-ins and friendly replies to customers/consignors
- Giving new/fresh products their spotlight by logging them into the system for sale
- Tagging the best finds and getting them ready to wow shoppers
- Wrapping up the shopping adventure with speedy, friendly checkouts to help the customer
- Bringing your creativity and shine to the store through constant staging, decorating and tidying magic
- Helping our social media shine with engaging posts and friendly replies, chatting with our awesome community
