Sales Planning (Strategy Formulation / Planning Promotion)
Aggregate and analyze sales activity data to visualize performance, organize issues based on data insights, propose sales initiatives and process improvements, verify measures aimed at maximizing revenue and profit, and expand into LTV/ROI analysis, market analysis, AI and automation, KPI design, and dashboard development.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze sales activity data to visualize performance
- Organize issues and generate improvement ideas based on data insights
- Support planning and proposals for sales initiatives and process improvements
- Verify effectiveness of measures to maximize revenue and profit
- Analyze effectiveness of sales costs and promotional expenses using LTV and ROI
- Conduct market analysis and target design for new services and initiatives
- Plan and implement operational efficiency improvements using AI and automation tools
- Design sales KPIs and build dashboards that visualize results
Requirements
- Experience extracting and aggregating data using SQL in practical work
- Experience proposing business improvements or initiatives based on data and numbers
- Experience moving things forward while communicating with stakeholders
- Planning experience at an operating company or consulting experience with the ability to involve others and deliver results
- Enjoyment of finding essential issues by thinking about the why behind the numbers
