Sales Representative – Female | Tiply
Tiply is a digital tipping platform that enables customers to easily tip service staff through QR codes and digital payments. We are looking for an energetic and confident Female Sales Representative to help expand Tiply across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential merchants, primarily salons, beauty centers, spas, hospitality, and other service businesses.
- Visit prospective merchants and introduce the Tiply platform.
- Present and demonstrate Tiply to business owners and managers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential merchants.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into signed merchants.
- Support new merchants during onboarding and launch.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
- Meet agreed monthly sales and activation targets.
- Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Qatar's beauty, salon, hospitality, or retail market is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
