Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Promote specialty products to the medical community through consulting and education, ensuring they are prescribed to patients and helping physicians achieve effective management of diagnoses, diseases, and/or treatments. Ensure patient access to treatments in government hospitals and the private market with insurance companies.

Ensure sales quota compliance for each product through visits, promotion, and scientific information provided to physicians and institutions in the assigned area to reach objectives, meeting management indicators regarding coverage and knowledge assessment.

Develop the business plan for your territory by promoting the company's products, following market analysis to maximize the number of visits to your target physicians.

Analyze and measure sales results by client and business segment to generate a commercial action plan.

Organize and provide continuing education talks to various physician groups to provide them with scientific updates.

Stay updated and study scientific information regarding our own products and those of competitors.

Monitor and ensure optimal quality of the physician panel under your responsibility through systematic review and timely updates.
Requirements:

Business Administration or health-related degrees

At least 3 years of experience managing high-cost portfolios

Knowledge of Oncology products is desirable

Availability for travel: 50% throughout Ecuador
