Sales Representative (销售代表)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing wellness team.

You will be responsible for engaging customers, introducing our wellness services and treatments, conducting basic customer consultations, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Promote and introduce the company's wellness services, treatments and packages.

● Approach and engage potential customers at outlets, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.

● Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable wellness treatments or packages.

● Generate new leads and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

● Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

● Handle customer enquiries and provide professional and accurate information.

● Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

● Assist with customer registration, appointment booking and follow-up.

● Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

● Participate in roadshows, promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

● Work closely with the therapist and outlet team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

● Perform other duties assigned by management.
