Sales Support Officer (Banking)

ROLE: SALES SUPPORT OFFICER (BANKING)

As a Sales Support Officer, Consumer Banking, you will play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships with our mortgage customers through proactive retention and thoughtful repricing support. You will be the trusted point of contact for loan-related enquiries across multiple service channels, providing clear, accurate guidance on secured lending products including mortgage, car and renovation loans—helping customers make confident decisions while safeguarding the bank’s portfolio.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Review customers’ current loan packages and recommend suitable repricing options tailored to their needs.

2. Support retention outcomes by managing customer expectations and communicating repricing packages clearly and professionally.

3. Respond to customer requests promptly and accurately, following through to resolution within agreed timelines.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s products and services, with a strong focus on mortgage, car and renovation loans.

5. Partner with stakeholders to support campaign launches and service initiatives that enhance customer experience.

6. Take on additional assignments or duties as needed to support team and business priorities.
