Sales Training Specialist

As an integral part of the Rumpke Human Resources team, Training Specialist-Sales will act as a key enabler to implement Rumpke Sales Enablement initiatives for sales teams in their assigned area through in-person, on-line and self-paced learning opportunities. This role will own identification of training needs, contribution in training content development, delivery of both mandatory and developmental trainings, capturing of feedback on training efficacy and effectiveness and maintaining training records. This is a highly collaborative role that involves working with multiple stakeholders in HR and Sales. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, this role is focused on elevating sales skills for the team.
