Salesforce Platform Designer

Product Skillset:

Demonstrated product management and change management experience, preferably with Salesforce.com

Demonstrable success in driving development of products from concept to operational launch

Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Business acumen with good project management skills

Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams

Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings

The ability to take the initiative
