Le’Fant is seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to provide support to our client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization. This is a hands-on software development role focused on building, integrating, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications.


The Salesforce Software Developer will get to:

  • Develop software using Java and/or C#, JavaScript, Salesforce Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce applications and related software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications and systems using appropriate programming languages and integration technologies.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts, demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, and implement solutions based on client requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and implement functionality within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain automated and unit tests and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Use version-control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket as part of the software development process.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, development, testing, code reviews, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders at various levels and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in technical planning and coordinate with other technical team members to support project delivery and implementation.
  • Review and validate completed technical solutions and participate in evaluating vendor products or capabilities when appropriate.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and evaluate alternative approaches when developing solutions.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior software engineers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
