Kriss Beauty Salon is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily salon operations and managing the front desk.
• Leading and directing front desk staff and salon team.
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and maintaining service quality.
• Managing schedules, workflows, and coordinating staff tasks.
• Monitoring performance metrics and achieving service targets.
• Maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
