As a SAP PMO Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic goals.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback. Responsibilities

- Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects and coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams
- Developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve strategic objectives
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP program management
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project delivery
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Utilizing program management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira Software for effective project tracking and reporting
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
- Promoting continuous process improvement and benefits realization management across projects
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
