Summary
Scrum Master enabling Agile/SAFe delivery for a Developer Experience (DevEx) team. Facilitates PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives, removes impediments, coaches teams, tracks dependencies across ART, and partners with product owners and Release Train Engineers.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, stand-ups, refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and retrospectives
- Plan stories with product owners, product managers, and RTE based on team capacity
- Identify risks and dependencies in Scrum of Scrums and PO syncs and escalate as needed
- Remove impediments and guide teams to resolve blockers through coordination and creative problem-solving
- Track dependencies across multiple teams and align with other Scrum Masters to resolve them
- Monitor Agile metrics and take appropriate actions to improve delivery outcomes
- Analyze sprint data to anticipate risks to sprint goals
- Coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver quality and business value
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Improve internal communication, transparency, and information radiators
- Evaluate ART-level practices and partner with RTE to implement improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership and servant-leadership skills
- Strong project coordination skills for planning and dependencies
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and principles
- Strong SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
