Delivery for large scale enterprise/Banking Financial Services sectors
Hands on experience from either a Scrum Master or true Agile coaching background
Passionate about teaching, with a natural kinship to work with others and support their learning
A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
Coaching and mentoring skills
Knowledge of project management disciplines
