Security Lead
Who you are:
The Security Lead is responsible for overseeing complex risk assessments, security governance, and compliance monitoring. This role demands a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Cyber Defense to ensure the protection of organizational assets and data integrity.
What you do:
- Lead program management support functions for the security workstream, including staffing specialized cyber resources and budgeting for security software.
- Execute cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with NIST, FISMA, or SOC 1/SOC 2 within an ERP environment.
- Oversee FedRAMP and ATO (Authority to Operate) processes.
- Facilitate the audit lifecycle by serving as the central point of contact for audit inquiries and managing evidence collection.
- Monitor and report on security posture through executive-level dashboards on risk exposure and audit-readiness activities.
- Provide strategic input on cybersecurity tools, IAM, encryption standards, and secure integration with external interfaces.
- Translate technical vulnerabilities into business-risk impact statements for leadership.
- Align cybersecurity goals with business objectives to support user productivity and system performance.
- Mentor and develop security analysts to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity challenges and GRC automation.

- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with CISOs, Internal Auditors, and technical architects
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
