Position Title: Security Supervisor – 5* Hotel Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 3,500 depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation which may be converted to a cash allowance. Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service. Job Description: • Lead and brief Security Officers, assign daily duties, prepare duty rosters, conduct new employee orientations, and oversee overall hotel security operations. • Conduct regular patrols, monitor hotel entrances/exits and CCTV systems, ensure fire exits and safety equipment remain accessible, and maintain all security equipment in good working condition. • Monitor, evaluate, and document Security Officers’ performance, provide guidance and coaching, and support ongoing staff development while ensuring all officers follow hotel security standards. • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, thefts, and other security risks; respond to emergencies appropriately; and implement preventive measures to protect guests, employees, and hotel property. • Coordinate with local police/CID when required, conduct regular security audits including key and gate pass audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and all legal and statutory requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, brief, and develop Security Officers. • Good knowledge of hotel security, safety, emergency procedures, and risk prevention. • Experience with CCTV systems, security equipment, incident investigations, and security audits. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with hotel management, guests, employees, and local authorities.
