Supervises casino security officers, ensuring safety of guests, employees, and physical assets through surveillance monitoring, policy enforcement, scheduling, and oversight of cash handling and restricted-area access. Core work involves CCTV operations, incident documentation, and on-floor security coverage.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Ensures the security and safety of the guests, employees, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Provides excellent guest service
- Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence of Casino policies and procedures.
- Prepares schedules of the Security Officers and Security Surveillance Dispatch Officers
- Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Security Dept.
- Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, Count room and cash handling procedures.
- Ensures the safety of guests and employees during Casino operation.
- Develop and maintain photo/card file on issues of importance.
- Maintains all required logs as directed by compact agreement.
- Maintain integrity of lost and found property. Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations.
- Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas.
- Ensures Security Surveillance video tapes are changed at designated times.
- Will perform functions as needed as a Security Officer or Security Surveillance Dispatch Officer.
