Security Systems Design Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing electronic security systems and hands-on experience with SIRA regulations and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Design CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, ANPR, and other security systems.

-Prepare AutoCAD drawings, system schematics, BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation.

-Ensure all designs comply with SIRA requirements and relevant international standards.

-Conduct site surveys and develop cost-effective security solutions.

-Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.

-Prepare technical submittals and support SIRA approval processes.

-Provide technical support during project execution and respond to consultant comments.

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems design.

-Mandatory experience with SIRA-compliant design and approval procedures.

-Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, and ELV systems.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

-Good understanding of IP networking related to security systems.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
