Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support organisational change and build engagement around the future IT and data organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organisational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders and increase readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
- Develop change strategies, communication plans and transformation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and coach management, project teams and stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of new processes, roles and collaboration models.
- Identify resistance and implement actions to increase engagement.
- Help ensure sustainable adoption of organisational changes.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in Agile Transformation and Organisational Change Management.
- Experience in Change Strategy, Culture Change and Leadership Coaching.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting organisation-wide transformations beyond software implementation.
- Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
