Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation)
Design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, data storage, and user interfaces. Develop custom agentic solutions using modern AI models to automate workflows and augment decision-making. Embed with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, and iterate based on measurable outcomes.

- Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, scoping, delivery, iteration, and maintenance
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define success criteria
- Build reliable, scalable systems supporting critical operations
- Evaluate impact and iterate on solutions based on measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python
- Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
- Experience building backend systems, datastores, and APIs
- Hands-on experience with modern AI models and agentic tools
- Experience with agentic systems, workflow orchestration, or browser automation
- High degree of ownership and ability to work independently
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Bonus: experience with AI evaluation, testing, or observability platforms
