Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation)
Design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, data storage, and user interfaces. Develop custom agentic solutions using modern AI models to automate workflows and augment decision-making. Partner with internal teams to translate goals into technical solutions, own projects end-to-end, evaluate impact, and maintain reliable scalable systems.
Responsibilities

- Own projects end-to-end from architecture and scoping through delivery, iteration, and maintenance
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define success criteria
- Build reliable, scalable systems and infrastructure
- Continuously evaluate impact and iterate on solutions
- Participate in an on-call rotation for internal tools
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience with frontend development using React or similar frameworks
- Experience building backend systems, designing APIs, and working with Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone, or Redis
- Hands-on experience with modern AI models, agentic IDEs, or AI-enabled workflows
- Experience with agentic systems, workflow orchestration such as n8n, or browser automation
- Strong ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: experience with AI evaluation, testing, or observability suites
