We're looking for a driven Senior Application Sales Engineer / Application Sales Engineer to grow our business, develop customer relationships, and deliver innovative industrial automation and sustainability solutions across industries including Electronics, Biomedical, Manufacturing, and Building & Infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners.
Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable automation and sustainability solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage projects through to order closure.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and market trends to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
2+ years of technical sales or engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Sales-driven with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Interest or knowledge in Industrial Automation, Sustainability, Industry 4.0, or Cybersecurity.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
