Senior Application Support Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to keep business-critical services stable by troubleshooting complex incidents, supporting API integrations, and improving observability across .NET and Python environments. You will work closely with engineering to reduce downtime and strengthen operational workflows. Apply to help drive reliable production support!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and insights analysis
- Configure and troubleshoot APIs and API Gateways to ensure secure, reliable integrations
- Inspect and debug .NET and Python code paths to identify bottlenecks and support fixes
- Triage, resolve, and escalate production incidents and support tickets for clients
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve availability
- Support, monitor, and configure AI Gateways to manage LLM and AI traffic safely
- Collaborate with engineering to streamline operational workflows and handoffs
- Maintain clear troubleshooting documentation and operational runbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years of application support experience in production environments
- Hands-on experience with .NET application troubleshooting and code inspection
- Hands-on experience with Python application troubleshooting and debugging
- Strong experience with API Gateways configuration and issue resolution
- Advanced observability skills using Dynatrace and Prometheus
- Proven incident management skills including triage, escalation, and resolution
- Strong root cause analysis skills and prevention-focused mindset
- Clear documentation skills for operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Effective collaboration skills across engineering and support stakeholders
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
