Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs
Prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals
Monitor design development and liaise with consultants on design issues
Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues
Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings
Assist Project Manager to monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports
Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters
